How do delivery and pickup work? +
We deliver your rentals to the event location and return after the event to pick everything up. Customer pickup is not available at this time.
How are delivery fees calculated? +
Delivery is based on the distance from our delivery area and your event location. The exact amount is calculated automatically when you complete your quote request.
When is payment due? +
A 25% non-refundable down payment reserves your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. If the reservation is made within 7 days of the event, full payment is required at booking.
Is there a minimum rental amount? +
Yes. There is a $75 minimum rental subtotal before taxes, delivery, and optional add-ons. If your order is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference.
