What to expect
We handle delivery and pickup so you don't need to pick up rental items yourself.
Delivery & pickup timing
Orders may be delivered 1–3 days before your event and picked up 1–3 days after, depending on scheduling, route planning, and event logistics.
Communication
We'll contact you the Monday before your event to confirm delivery and pickup details. We may also send reminders before delivery and pickup when available.

Delivery pricing depends on distance, timing, and access at the event location.
How delivery fees work
Delivery fees are based on distance from Queensbury and the specifics of your event site. Standard delivery includes scheduled drop-off and post-event pickup, and placement of rental items up to 100 feet from the delivery vehicle.
- Delivery costs are included in your quote and reviewed before confirming.
- A long-carry fee applies when items must be moved more than 100 feet from the delivery vehicle.
- Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, or difficult access conditions.
Optional scheduling requests
These requests may be available for an additional fee depending on date and scheduling:
- Exact-time delivery requests: +$50–$150
- Exact-time pickup requests: +$50–$150
- Sunday or after-hours delivery or pickup: +$100–$150
Minimum order
A minimum rental subtotal is required to book.
A minimum rental subtotal of $75 is required to book. This applies before delivery, taxes, and optional add-on services such as damage waiver. If your subtotal is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference during checkout.
