1 Scheduling & Communication

• We’ll contact you the Monday before your event by email (plus text if you’ve opted in, or phone if needed) to confirm delivery and pickup details.
• Reminders are always sent by email the day before your event, with text notifications if you’ve opted in.
• After your event, we’ll follow up by email with pickup timing, and text if you’ve opted in.
• On delivery and pickup day, we’ll notify you by text (if opted in) when we’re en route.

2 Delivery & Pickup Timing

• Delivery: typically 1–3 days before your event.
• Pickup: typically 1–3 days after your event.
• Standard delivery includes a 4-hour window.
• Exact-time delivery or pickup may be available for an additional fee, depending on scheduling.

4 Delivery Fee

Delivery starts at $40 from our service area hub. This covers drop-off and pickup, loading and unloading, placement up to 100 feet from the delivery vehicle, and a standard 4-hour window.

• Additional fees may apply beyond 100 feet from the vehicle.
• Final costs can vary by terrain, accessibility, or site requirements.

5 Minimum Rental

A $75 rental subtotal is required to book. This applies before delivery, taxes, and optional add-on services (such as damage waiver). If your subtotal is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference at checkout.

6 Optional Add-Ons

These are in addition to the standard delivery fee and depend on scheduling.

• Exact-time delivery requests: +$50–$150
• Exact-time pickup requests: +$50–$150
• Long carry (beyond 100 ft), stairs, or elevator access: +$50–$100
• Sunday or after-hours delivery/pickup: +$100–$150
