Delivery & pickup timing

  • Delivery and pickup timing depends on scheduling, route planning, and event logistics.
  • Orders may be delivered 1–3 days before the event and picked up 1–3 days after the event, depending on scheduling.
  • We’ll communicate timing as your event approaches.

We deliver throughout much of the Lake George, Saratoga, and Glens Falls region.

Our delivery area commonly includes the following towns and surrounding areas:

How delivery charges are calculated and what may affect pricing.

How delivery fees work

Delivery fees are based on distance from our service area hub and the specifics of your event site. Standard delivery includes scheduled drop-off and post-event pickup, placement of rental items up to 100 feet from the delivery vehicle, and a standard 4-hour delivery window.

  • Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
  • A long-carry fee applies when items must be moved more than 100 feet from the delivery vehicle.
  • Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, or difficult access conditions.
  • Fees may vary based on terrain, accessibility, timing, or site requirements.

Minimum order

A minimum rental subtotal of $75 is required to book. This applies before delivery, taxes, and optional add-on services such as damage waiver. If your subtotal is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference during checkout.

Optional scheduling requests

These requests may be available for an additional fee depending on date and scheduling:

  • Exact-time delivery requests: +$50–$150
  • Exact-time pickup requests: +$50–$150
  • Sunday or after-hours delivery or pickup: +$100–$150
