What types of events do you serve?

We provide rentals for weddings, graduations, birthdays, reunions, corporate gatherings, school events, and backyard celebrations. Browse All Rentals to get started.

Policies Rental Terms & Policies

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled at any time; however, the 25% down payment is non-refundable. You may reschedule within one year, subject to availability.

What is the Accidental Damage Waiver?

The optional waiver must be added before delivery and signed for. It provides coverage for:

  • Up to $250 for accidental equipment damage
  • Up to $500 for normal wear and tear
  • Up to $1,000 for storm/wind damage

Not liability insurance; does not cover negligence, abuse, or lost items.

Can I review your rental contract?

Absolutely. Contact us and we’ll share a copy and answer any questions.

What is your weather policy?

Severe weather may affect delivery timing and safety. We may delay or adjust your delivery if needed. Please reach out to discuss contingency plans.

Billing Payments & Pricing

How are delivery fees assessed?

Delivery is based on distance from our hub. Request a quote for exact pricing. See Delivery Fees.

Are sales taxes included?

Sales tax is not included in base pricing and is added at checkout based on your location.

When is payment due?

A 25% non-refundable down payment reserves your date. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. Some items may require a higher deposit.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and business checks. Contact us with any payment questions.

Is there a minimum rental amount?

Yes—there is a $75 minimum rental subtotal before taxes, delivery, and optional add-ons. If you’re below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference at checkout.

Delivery Order Changes & Delivery

What’s included in the delivery fee?

Delivery includes drop-off and pickup of your rentals, loading and unloading near your event site, and a standard delivery window. See our Delivery Information.

What if the path from the vehicle is long?

Extended distances or unusual site access may incur added fees to account for extra time. See Delivery Information.

Are there extra fees for stairs or elevators?

Yes, additional handling fees apply for stairs or elevator access. Please inform us in advance. See Delivery Information.

What timing options are available?

Optional services include tighter time windows and after-hours delivery/pickup. These are billed in addition to the base delivery fee. See Delivery Add-Ons.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

Please contact us as early as possible. We’ll accommodate changes based on availability and timing.

Do you deliver to Airbnb or public parks?

We do not deliver to Airbnb properties, public parks, or similar venues.

Do you offer customer pickup?

We do not offer customer pickups at this time. All orders are delivered and picked up by our team.

Linens Linens

Do you provide linens with table and chair orders?

Linens are a separate rental category and can be added to any table or chair order. We offer tablecloths, runners, and napkins sized for our inventory. See Linens.

When are linen selections due?

Please finalize linen selections at least 14 days before your event date.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to Queensbury, Glens Falls, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, and nearby towns across Warren, Washington, and Saratoga Counties. Use the tool on our homepage to confirm your address.
