  • We’ll contact you the Monday before your event to confirm delivery and pickup details.
  • We’ll send a reminder the day before your event.
  • After your event, we’ll follow up with pickup timing.
  • On delivery and pickup day, we may notify you when we’re en route (when available).

  • Need a specific time? Exact delivery or pickup timing may be available for an additional fee, depending on scheduling.

Delivery fee

How delivery fees are determined.

Delivery fees are based on distance from our service area hub and the specifics of your event site. Standard delivery includes scheduled drop-off and post-event pickup, placement of rental items up to 100 feet from the delivery vehicle, and a standard 4-hour delivery window.

  • Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
  • Additional fees may apply if the delivery location is more than 100 feet from the vehicle.
  • Fees may vary based on terrain, accessibility, timing, or site requirements.

Minimum rental requirement

Minimum subtotal before delivery, tax, and add-ons.

A minimum rental subtotal of $75 is required to book. This applies before delivery, taxes, and optional add-on services (such as damage waiver). If your subtotal is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference during checkout.

Optional add-ons

Additional services (availability varies by date and schedule).

These options are available for an additional fee and may depend on scheduling:

  • Exact-time delivery requests: +$50–$150
  • Exact-time pickup requests: +$50–$150
  • Long carry (beyond 100 ft), stairs, or elevator access: +$50–$100
  • Sunday or after-hours delivery or pickup: +$100–$150
