1 Scheduling & Communication

• We’ll contact you the Monday before your event by email (plus text if you’ve opted in, or phone if needed) to confirm delivery and pickup details.
• Reminders are always sent by email the day before your event, with text notifications if you’ve opted in.
• After your event, we’ll follow up by email with pickup timing, and text if you’ve opted in.
• On delivery and pickup day, we’ll notify you by text (if opted in) when we’re en route.

2 Delivery & Pickup Timing

• Delivery: Typically 1–3 days before your event.
• Pickup: Typically 1–3 days after your event.
• Standard delivery includes a 4-hour window.
• Need a specific time? Exact delivery or pickup timing may be available for an additional fee, depending on scheduling.

3 Service Area

Our delivery area covers much of the Lake George, Saratoga, and Glens Falls region. Examples of the cities and towns we serve include:

4 Delivery Fee

Delivery starts at $40 from our service area hub. This covers drop-off and pickup of your rentals, loading and unloading, placement up to 100 feet from the delivery vehicle, and a standard 4-hour delivery window.

• Delivery is calculated by distance; exact rates are provided with your quote.
• Additional fees may apply if the delivery location is more than 100 feet from the vehicle.
• Final costs may vary based on terrain, accessibility, or site requirements.

5 Minimum Rental Requirement

A minimum rental subtotal of $75 is required to book. This applies before delivery, taxes, and optional add-on services (such as damage waiver). If your subtotal is below the minimum, you can add items or pay the difference during checkout.

6 Optional Add-Ons

Note: These are in addition to the standard delivery fee, and may be available depending on scheduling.

• Exact-time delivery requests: +$50–$150
• Exact-time pickup requests: +$50–$150
• Long carry (beyond 100 ft), stairs, or elevator access: +$50–$100
• Sunday or after-hours delivery or pickup: +$100–$150
